Social and environmental impact

In France, one child in five does not eat three full meals a day, and the school canteen often offers the only balanced meal of the day to children from the most disadvantaged families. Quadrature Restauration prepares over 30,000 meals a day for almost 20 municipalities in the Paris region, with a fully internalized value chain. Quadrature far exceeds the thresholds set by the EGalim Act and market standards for the share of organic food, local supply chains, and products sourced from France. Beyond the meal itself, Quadrature raises children's awareness of taste and healthier eating.
