Social impact
The quality of primary education appears to us as the primary condition for the sustainable development of our societies. It shapes our fundamental skills—reading, writing, reasoning, self-development, openness—which are essential for both individuals and social cohesion, yet are increasingly challenged by the overwhelming number of stimuli, particularly those on screens, the rapid pace of change, and rising anxiety. We want to invest in this field by focusing on best practices and their evolution: self-confidence and autonomy, a more holistic approach, critical thinking, nature, digital literacy, cultural and linguistic openness, personalization, and philosophical foundations.
Esclaibes is a young organization, but one with deep roots tied to the backgrounds of its founders. In this context, it has dedicated itself to developing a new and evolving approach through a rigorous blend of proven methods: Montessori, bilinguism, learning by doing, creativity, personalized attention, philosophy workshops, writing skills, ecology… Beyond these design and practical qualities, what convinced us was the founders’ commitment to making this unique method and network accessible to all, through the creation of a foundation to provide scholarships and offer distance learning for teachers from all backgrounds.
